We are currently seeking a QA & QC Chemist with 1-3 years of experience in API manufacturing to support our quality assurance and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Chemistry or related field and a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Perform quality control testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, and others as required.
Conduct method development, validation, and transfer activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical results.
Execute analytical testing in compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, ICH, cGMP) and company SOPs.
Investigate out-of-specification results and non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
Support stability studies and environmental monitoring programs to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in the review and approval of manufacturing and quality documentation, including batch records, protocols, and reports.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in quality assurance and/or quality control within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in API manufacturing.
Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, and wet chemistry methods.
Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines and quality standards (e.g., FDA, ICH, cGMP).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
