We are hiring for below role at Aragen - Hyderabad location.
Role: Senior Research Associate/ Associate Scientist
This role is responsible for technical execution of experiments and delivery towards project deliverables under guidance of experienced leads. The assay development and screening for cells based and biochemical assays.
Technical/Scientific Skills:
The qualified candidate will contribute to the design, execution, and analysis of various biochemical, molecular, and cell-based assays.
M.Sc. with 2-8 years of industrial experience / Ph.D. in assay development and high throughput screening (HTS) in drug discovery is required.
Demonstrated experience in functional cell-based assays such as cell proliferation and differentiation, cytokine measurements, biomarker analysis by quantitative PCR and western blot, and different assays and assay platforms such as TR-FRET, alphaLISA, Fluorescence Polarization, Thermal shift assays, Reporter complementation assays in cells or western-MSD
Experience in Integrated Drug Discovery Projects is desired.
