Experience: 12-20 years of which 10 years should be in core biopharma industry at a leadership
SKILLS:
Leadership managing team size of 50-100 professionals
Proven results in energy savings, inventory control, highly result oriented and good engineering practices.
AREAS OF OPERATIONS FOR MANAGING ENTIRE SITE:
Experience directly handling international regulatory audit with good documentation practices is must.
Should have proven ability to motivate & mentor team to demonstrate results consistently.
