• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
• Responding to breakdowns
⚫ Diagnosing faults
Repairing equipment
• Supervising engineering and technical staff
• Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
• Managing budgets
•Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Creating maintenance procedures
Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
Bachelor in Engineering (Civil Engineering)
⚫ 5 to 7 years of experience into Hospital/Healthcare Project
Understanding electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and electronic systems.
Schematics and blueprints can be read by those with a basic understanding of them.
Knowing the safety systems and processes for equipment.
