Handling the team of 5 to 6 chemist
• Synthesis of Pharmacopeial impurities as per EP, USP etc.,and API n intermediates product
development
• Designing the Literature and proposing cost effective and short methods for synthesis of organic molecule
• Planning of experiments in order to develop fastest
method
• Should be expert in mg to gm to kg scale synthesis
. Able to handle 3 to 5 different projects at time
• Interpretation of experimental results by HNMR, MASS
Well versed with trouble shooting of complex
synthesis molecule
• Resource and Time Management
Preparing reports on project status and updating regularly
Technical query resolution Co-ordination with Analytical team.
