Urgent opening for Commercial Manager
Organizing various kinds of Export logistics related information and regular follow
up with the shipping companies.
✓ Handling problem resolution with customers, service providers and Logistics
centers.
✓ Monitoring the export operations and keeping compliance with custom
Notifications, tariffs and EXIM Policy & Procedures. Ensuring Quality and timely completion in the engagements as per the firm's
standards.
✓ Supervise and administer the overall proper functioning of the department.
✓ Regular follow up with our clients through email or phone.
✓ Handling receipt of Purchase Order and Dispatch Plan from Marketing, scrutinizing
the documents and ensuring that order confirmations are sent within the target guidelines.
✓ Coordinating with Marketing personnel, Regional Depots for Sales Planning (Budget,
forecast, Monthly Dispatch plans). Preparing and handling various contracts and LC export documentation.
Documentation of documents to be obtained from external agencies like certificate of
origin, GSP, legalization of documents etc.
✓ Filing the papers for various export incentives like Advance License, Drawback and
excise rebate against CT-1 and ARE-IGST etc Preparing monthly & daily sales report, inventory report
✔ Preparing of GSP form export agencies
✓ Arrangements of pre shipment inspections of the consignments as applicable.
✓ Cargo booking with various Airlines and tracking of the shipments and rates negotiation with various Airlines. Developing and following up with local /overseas vendors for timely procurement
of materials and shipments to ensure smooth execution of projects.
✓ Coordinate with plant and warehouse for monitoring movement of goods.
Negotiating with transporters, shipping line, C&F agents, etc. to achieve seamless and cost effective transport solutions & clearances ensuring timely deliveries.
