Candidate with knowledge of basic microbiological principles and aseptic handling of cultures, Knowledge of basic molecular biology techniques like PCR, restriction digestion, cloning, DNA sequencing etc, Media preparation and sterilization, Isolation, screening and identification of bacterial/fungal cultures, Isolation of mutants and its productivity testing, Hands on experience with laboratory equipment such as Deep Freezer, LAF, Autoclave etc
Education: M.SC/ PhD
