Zydus Vaccine Technology and Excellence Centre, Zydus VTEC is a newly commissioned plant which is producing the drug substance of World's first Plasmid DNA vaccine, ZyCoV-D.
Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager - Biologics/Vaccine
Manufacturing (Upstream Process): M. Tech / B. Tech with Biotechnology, M.Sc. (Biotechnology) with 2-8 years of hands on experience in handling equipment such as fermentation process, automated fermenters, continuous centrifuges, filtration skids and automated CIP & SIP units. Candidates should have knowledge to perform aseptic handling, knowledge of GMP documentation and must also be familiar with CGMP requirements.
Manufacturing (Downstream Process) : M.Tech / B.Tech with Biotechnology, M.Sc. (Biotechnology) with 2-8 years of experience in formulation & filling. Candidates should be able to operate chromatography column (large volume), automated TFF systems, DS filtration activities inside B&C grade and should have knowledge of media /buffer preparation & reagents as per defined system. Candidates should also have good knowledge of QMS-GMP documentation and must be familiar with CGMP requirements.
Quality Control Protein analytics / Bio assay /
Microbiology / Physico chemical / RM-PM: MSc.
B.sc (Biotechnology Biochemistry / Microbiology /
Chemistry) with 2-8 years of hands on experience in
handling equipment & tests such as HPLC / UPLC, CZE, UV Spectrophotometer, SDS-PAGE, IEF, RT-PCR, ELISA, bioassay, microbial identification, microbiological testing of material products, sterility testing, BET, environmental monitoring of cleanroom, RM / PM, handling stability studies, animal handling & testing (DPT Vaccines), cell culture handling & testing. Candidates must be familiar with CGMP requirements.
Quality Assurance M.Sc. (Microbiology /
Biotechnology / Biochemistry), B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2-8 years of hands on experience in IPQA activities, line clearance procedure and practices, aseptic area practices, cell banking / seed lot system procedures, reviewing of batch manufacturing records, handling of qualification / validation activity, change control, deviation, investigation, CAPA, QMS, self inspection, vendor qualification activities. Candidates should also have awareness on cell banking / seed lot system procedures and must be familiar with CGMP requirements. Candidates having working experience in sterile injectable manufacturing facility / vaccine / biologicals shall be preferred.
