Deputy Manager/ Manager |Engineering Utilities
Job responsibility:
. Custodian of overall utilities (Substation/Air Compressor/ Chiller /HVAC/ Water System)
. To plan and supervise utility installation and commissioning
. To review proper maintenance of ETP at site Timely maintenance and optimize machine operation of utilities
Responsible to ensure speedy and timely completion of implementation of all maintenance in house program
Handling of QMS activities related to Utilities
Monitoring Performance and Optimization of Utility equipment
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be B.E/ B. Tech/ M. E (Mechanical) with 10 to 14 years of experience from FDA regulated plant
Good knowledge of Boiler, Compressor, Chiller, HVAC, Purified Water System
. Good knowledge of Production (Formulation Machine), Knowledge of Validation & CGMP
Good knowledge of Production machinery such as Fabrication area, Compression, Coating and Packaging Machinery
Handling of Customer as well as Regulatory Audit | Knowledge of Validation & CGMP requirements
Preference will be given only to candidates who have Formulations - OSD background
