Requirements:
Wind Industry (Operation & Maintenance Services ) experienced candidates (Range of Experience from 2 to 10 years ) (Electrical Diploma as well as degree candidates allowed for experienced requirements)
EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS:
Hiring eligibility criteria for Experienced candidates:
1. Wind Industry - Operation & Maintenance Services - experienced candidates only
2. Range of Experience from 2 to 10 years for various positions
3. Diploma as well as Degree Electrical candidates are allowed for experienced requirements
4. We are not considering any Suzlon rehiring cases in this drive
5. Job Location flexibility: Readiness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations at any of the 8 states where Suzlon operates in India ( Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Kerala, M.P, Maharashtra,)
6. Physical Fitness: Physically fit with no medical history and having physical endurance to climb 90-100 meter tall -Wind turbine towers
7. Readiness to join immediately

3. Site HT Engineer (Engineer position)-Electrical Engineering

5. Section In Charge (Sr. Engineer position)-Electrical Engineering
6. Site In charge (Assistant Manager position)-Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
7. Quality - NCR /SQM ( Asst. Manager)-Electrical Engineering
8. Area In Charge(AGM Grade)-Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Minimum 10 years of experience required)
9. Area MIS-(Engineer Position)-Electrical Engineering
10. Area Monitoring (Assistant Manager Position)- Electrical Engineering
11. Area Opex Controller(Assistant Manager Position)- B.Com or M.Com with minimum 4 -5 years of experience
12. Learning & Development (Assistant Manager Position)- B.E/B.Tech with MBA in HR or Diploma in T&D with 4 years of minimum experience
Trainee Engineer Categories & Package:
DTE Diploma Trainee Engineer (M2 level) 20 positions
1.44 Lakh pa (accommodation, canteen, transport on the site provided by Suzlon. Travel reimbursement, annual increments & incentives as per applicable policy) training program (classroom + OJT)
